PP1 Due 27 March | Steps 1-3 Only
Bring Community Projects to Life:
Help your students turn ideas into real-world impact! Our three-part online workshop series equips teachers with the tools and strategies to guide students through every stage of a Community Project—from brainstorming to presentation.
Session 1 – Monday 30 March | 1:30–3:00 pm AEST
Developing a Community Project: This session explores how to guide students through the early stages of a Community Project. From forming a strong team to identifying a meaningful issue, developing a clear plan, and building a portfolio, participants will learn how to support students as they move toward preparing a well-structured Project Proposal.
Session 2 – Tuesday 28 April | 1:30–3:00 pm AEST
Managing and Reporting the Project:
Discover practical tools and strategies to help students manage their project effectively. This session focuses on organising tasks, tracking progress, implementing their solution, and documenting their work as they prepare their Project Report.
Session 3 – Tuesday 19 May | 1:30–3:00 pm AEST
Preparing for Presentation:
Learn how to support students in presenting their project with confidence. This session covers preparing supporting documentation, organising displays, and preparing students for their interview so they can clearly communicate their project and its impact.
Cost: Attend all three sessions for $90 per person.
Can’t attend all three sessions?
We understand that you may not be able to join every session. While the workshops are designed to be interactive, all sessions will be recorded, and registered participants will receive a link to watch them afterwards.
